Kidney Properties of Alabama, LLC purchased an 8,546 square-foot office building at 1770 Independence Court in Vestavia Hills, Alabama from 1770, LLC on June 7. The building sits on 2.2 acres and includes covered and on-site parking with stairs and elevator access from the parking lot. This property sold for $1,512,000.

Logistics company expanding operations, relocating downtown

Founders William Graves, Logan Dyer, and Will Hopkins established Blackbox Logistics, a third-party logistics provider specializing in over-the-road freight and collaborating with companies nationwide. The company will occupy 14,409 square-feet of office space inside the Intermark Building at 101 25th Street North, Birmingham, AL 35203.
