These buildings were transformed into Founders Station, a prominent establishment located at 2015 1st Ave N, Birmingham. As the representative of the buyer/seller, we ensured a successful transaction for this iconic property.

    We facilitated the sale of Commerce Tower, a mid-rise totaling 76,000 SF, situated at 2027 Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd, Birmingham. Acting as the representative of the seller, we ensured a smooth transaction for this impressive building in the heart of Birmingham.
  • Macaroni Lofts
    We represented the buyer in the acquisition of a mixed-use, adaptive reuse of a former warehouse located at 1329 4th Ave South, Birmingham. Developed by Kathleen Okrongley, this property transformed into a 28,000 SF establishment featuring 42-unit condominiums and ground-level retail spaces.
  • North American Construction Services
    We effectively facilitated the sale of 5000 Commerce Ave, an expansive industrial warehouse spanning 46,000 square feet, located in Irondale. Representing both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
  • At Home Huntsville
    We closed the sale of a substantial retail space spanning 100,000 square feet at 1401 Memorial Pkwy, Huntsville. Acting as the representative of the buyer, we facilitated the acquisition of this prime retail location.
  • 2225 3rd Ave N
    As the seller representative, we successfully closed the sale of the 140,000 square feet former Red Cross building, paving the way for its transformative journey into Market Lofts on 3rd—a multifamily redevelopment.

    Acting as the landlord representative, we efficiently facilitated the lease of a 4,585 square feet office space situated at 30 25th Street N, Birmingham, AL.
  • Crestbrook Plaza
    By serving as the tenant representative, we successfully facilitated the lease of a 4,350 square feet office space at Crestbrook Plaza, situated at 3918 Montclair Road, Birmingham.
