Carrigan’s Beer Garden has a new owner! CV Prop, LLC purchased an 8,500 square-foot retail space at 2910 6th Avenue South in Birmingham, Alabama from Lakeview Antisocial, LLC on August 30. This property sold for $2,275,000.  

Carrigan’s Beer Garden is a restaurant and bar located in the Lakeview District that serves a full bar, great food and features a beautiful garden patio. This property was previously owned by David Carrigan, owner of Carrigan’s Public House.
