Kyle’s passion for real estate began early. Fascinated by construction, development, and architecture from a young age, he famously asked his parents for blueprints at age seven. That curiosity eventually evolved into a career.
While earning a degree in Finance and Marketing from Georgia Southern University, Kyle worked for PMG, a local real estate brokerage and property management company, where he learned the fundamentals of working with tenants and property owners. After graduating in 2018, he moved to Birmingham to join Capstone, a national multifamily development firm, as a Development Associate. There, he gained hands-on experience in acquisitions, construction, and asset management.
Kyle joined IronVest Partners as a commercial real estate broker in 2021, drawn by the opportunity to join a young firm focused on Birmingham’s long-term success. While his work remains centered in Birmingham, his brokerage has expanded to buyer and tenant representation across the Southeast. With a focus on the acquisition and disposition of industrial and retail assets, Kyle has completed over $150 million in transactions on behalf of a diverse client base. He brings energy, creativity, and a disciplined approach to every deal.
Outside of IronVest, Kyle co-founded New Era Land Company, a land brokerage and consulting firm in Southwest Georgia, and Motley Crew Investments, an investment firm focused on acquiring and redeveloping historic properties across Alabama and Georgia. These ventures provide him with a firsthand understanding of deal structure, risk, and long-term value creation-insight he brings to every client relationship at IronVest Partners.
Kyle is active in both the Birmingham community and his hometown of Americus, Georgia. He currently serves as President of The Glenwood Autism Junior Board, is a member of the Phoenix Club of Birmingham, and volunteers with the United Way Tocqueville Society.
Outside the office, Kyle enjoys tennis, pickleball, attempting to golf, great food, hosting friends and family, and connecting people.
