Property Manager

Catherine Cole Pennington, CPM joined IronVest Partners in February 2023 as a property manager. She manages the day-to-day operations of the property management division including tenant relations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and property maintenance. Catherine began her real estate career working in multi-family property management where she developed communication, managerial, and problem-solving skills working with numerous owners, investors, and tenants. Catherine holds an Alabama real estate license and has earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, reflecting her expertise and commitment to excellence in property management

Catherine currently resides in Birmingham with her husband, Jacob. They attend Church of the Highlands in Greystone. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, visiting Auburn University for sporting events, and relaxing by the pool or somewhere with a water view in the summer.

Education

In 2020, Catherine graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
