Austin joined IronVest Partners in 2024 as a Sales Associate specializing in urban and suburban land across Alabama and the Gulf Coast Region. Prior to joining IVP, he served as an investment associate in Dallas, TX, where he successfully facilitated over $80 million in land acquisitions across the state of Texas. During his time as an investment associate, He efficiently managed and directed all aspects of the commercial/residential land investment platform, ranging from acquisitions and front-end development processes to contract negotiations, site feasibility studies, and the formulation of investment disposition strategies. Austin has developed expertise and core competencies in the areas of land entitlements/rezoning processes, site planning, utility infrastructure planning, floodplain development, and wetlands delineations.

Austin’s unique developer-centric perspective and real estate expertise provides his clients and partners with a dynamic approach to navigating the ever-evolving real estate market. His commitment to understanding local trends, coupled with a passion for delivering personalized solutions, positions Austin as a valuable asset in helping individuals and businesses make informed decisions for their property needs. Education 

Austin graduated with honors from The University of Alabama where he received his bachelor’s degree from The Culverhouse College of Business.

Community Involvement

Austin and his wife, Carlie, are active members of their local church where they spend their time serving the local Birmingham community. They are proud parents to an incredible son, who already seems to have mastered the art of negotiating extra playtime and securing an impressive cupcake allowance.

 

In his free time, Austin finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it’s cherishing moments with his family/friends, pursuing outdoor adventures through hunting and fishing, or exploring new destinations and culinary tastes.
