The site was formerly home to the Golden Flake potato chip manufacturing facility and was vacant at the time of purchase. IronVest Partners represented Southeastern Salvage in the acquisition and facilitated its occupancy of 135,000 SF. IronVest is now assisting the ownership with the sale or lease of the remaining properties.
