Bham CRE firm buys airport area warehouse for $3.75M

Airpark Industrial Warehouse, LLC, an entity affiliated with IronVest Partners, purchased an 87,000 square-foot light industrial warehouse at 100 Airpark Industrial Road in Alabaster, Alabama.

Robert Crook of IronVest Partners mentioned that the deal was appealing for many reasons. “The building is a well-maintained, move-in ready warehouse. Alabaster is a great city for business, experiencing substantial growth, and the vacancy rate for warehouse space in Shelby County is minimal. These factors combine to create an enticing investment opportunity,” said Crook.
