Jordan Weaver, CCIM joined IronVest Partners in 2021 as an associate salesperson. Jordan was drawn to IVP because of the company’s core principles and culture. Jordan seeks to serve his clients by helping them achieve their business or personal goals through real estate. He enjoys nothing more than connecting people and properties. Jordan’s career in real estate began when he was a sophomore in college. As he was trying to find his career path, a mentor offered him an internship at a multifamily brokerage firm. Jordan was hooked instantly, and his passion for the industry has been ever-growing since. Before joining IronVest, Jordan worked as the Vice President of Acquisitions for a multifamily investment and development firm.
Jordan grew up in Alpharetta, GA, and moved to Birmingham, AL in 2016. Jordan is a graduate of Samford University with a Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in both Economics and Public Administration – graduating magna cum laude. At Samford, he earned a scholarship for playing football, served as president of the Sigma Nu fraternity, and was a member of both the Pi Sigma Alpha Honors Society and the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honors Society. If he’s not in Birmingham, Jordan can likely be found in the mountains of Mentone, AL, or on the waters of beautiful Lake Martin, AL. Jordan serves on the Junior Board for Hope Inspired Ministries and the Young Alumni Board for Samford University and is an active member of Redeemer Community Church.
