Rhoda Kattus joined IVP in 2019, and she is currently serving as Financial Controller. After many years in a career as a property manager, she is putting her financial experience to work managing cash operations for IVP’s investors as well as financial reporting and forecasting.
Rhoda has over 17 years of property and asset management experience. She began her career in Atlanta managing shopping centers for a local developer. She later moved to Birmingham and managed historical office buildings downtown as well as over 100 bank facilities. In addition, she worked for CBRE managing a portfolio of over 2 million square feet of class A office buildings for several different ownership groups and then Cushman and Wakefield managing the Regions Bank headquarters building downtown. She has extensive experience in budgeting, CAM reconciliations, construction management, lease administration, and tenant relations.
Rhoda is a licensed realtor in Alabama and Georgia. She served on the IREM Alabama board from 2012 through 2015 as secretary, treasurer, vice president, and president. Originally from Atlanta, she lives with her family in Liberty Park and enjoys being outside as much as possible!
Rhoda earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the University of South Florida in Tampa.
