Sims Herron joined IronVest Partners in 2025, bringing a hands-on, client-first approach to industrial tenants and landlords across Alabama. He specializes in industrial tenant representation.

Sims has always been drawn to the service industry and prides himself on delivering high-touch, relationship-driven results. Whether he’s guiding a high alpine fly-fishing trip or helping a client secure a new commercial space or investment property, Sims approaches every relationship with the same focus: understanding each client’s goals and going above and beyond to exceed them.

With a strong passion for the industrial sector, Sims thrives on connecting the dots between people and properties. He is known for his forward-looking strategy, deep market knowledge, and commitment to execution—qualities that have made him a trusted partner to tenants, landlords, and developers throughout the Southeast.

A graduate of Samford University with a degree in Business Management and Leadership, Sims is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.

Outside the office, Sims is a certified fly-fishing instructor and avid outdoorsman. He’s most at home in the woods or on the water and is actively involved with Mountain Brook youth sports and Redeemer Community Church.
