Office Building Sold in Vestavia Hills for $1,512,000 

Birmingham, Ala. – Kidney Properties of Alabama, LLC purchased an 8,546 square-foot office building at 1770 Independence Court in Vestavia Hills, Alabama from 1770, LLC on June 7. The building sits on 2.2 acres and includes covered and on-site parking with stairs and elevator access from the parking lot. This property sold for $1,512,000.  

Nephrology Associates acquired this building to establish their new office. Nephrology Associates, P.C. is a group of dedicated physicians specializing in the comprehensive care of patients with kidney disease and hypertension, including chronic kidney disease (CKD), dialysis, home dialysis training and support, transplantation, and vascular access management. 

Jordan Weaver and Shepard Ager of IronVest Partners represented the seller in this transaction. Doug Stephen with Elyton Realty represented the buyer in this transaction.
