New Orleans-based investment group purchases Historic Black Diamond Building 

The Historic Black Diamond Building is now under new ownership! Historic Investment Properties PM 2023,LLC purchased a ±13,782 square-foot office building as well as an additional adjacent parking at 2229 1^st Ave North in Birmingham, Alabama from Mountainside Birmingham, LLC on December 22. This property sold for $2,350,000.
