Homewood Warehouse Sells for $1.25M
ELM Construction purchased a 15,250 square-foot flex/industrial space at 219 Oxmoor Circle in Homewood, from Business Electronics Corp on February 16. The warehouse sold for $1,250,000.

ELM Construction is an award-winning remodeling firm and home builder in Vestavia Hills, AL. Since 2008, they have been restoring and remodeling homes in the Birmingham area, including Hoover, Homewood, Mountain Brook, and Vestavia Hills.
This building is in West Homewood and convenient to downtown and all suburban office markets. Its neighbors include Buffalo Rock and Penske; it’s a great location and is always a quick trip to any part of town.
