Investment Services

The cornerstone of our deals is investing in what we know: office, retail, and industrial properties. Partnership plays a critical role in our investment strategy. We are fully engaged in each transaction and hope our investors have a deep sense of pride in them as well. As the controlling and managing partner, Ironvest has a significant portion of our wealth invested in each of our deals. In collaboration with our investors and strategic partners, we will purchase and develop commercial real estate to maximize returns and to make the cities we invest in a better place to live, work, and play.

  • Purchase of The City Paper Building a 31,000 SF office and warehouse space
  • Redevelopment of 112 24th Street North. An almost not restorable 7,500 SF historic structure, which is now a fully leased mixed use building
  • Redevelopment of 2320 1st Ave North. A dilapidated and vacant 5,000 SF historic structure now fully leased

Our building had been listed off and on for about five years, with little traffic, and next to no meaningful offers, when we met Robert Crook in the Fall 2017.
