Rhoda Kattus

Rhoda Kattus joined IronVest Partners in 2019, and she is currently serving as Financial Controller. After many years in a career as a property manager, she is putting her financial experience to work managing cash operations for IVP’s investors as well as financial reporting and forecasting.

Catherine Cole Pennington

Catherine Cole Pennington joined IronVest Partners in February 2023 as a property manager. She manages the day-to-day operations of the property management division including tenant relations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and property maintenance.

Bart Moore

Bart Moore joined Ironvest Partners in 2022 as a Sales Associate focusing on industrial markets. Prior to joining IVP, Bart worked for over 21 years in the concrete industry, serving as President for 12 years.

Jake Byers

Jake Byers joined Ironvest in November of 2021 as an Associate working with Shepard Ager. Jake was born and raised in Birmingham, AL. He has always had an interest in Real Estate and the relationships that come along with it.

Jordan Weaver

Jordan Weaver joined Ironvest Partners in 2021 as an associate salesperson. Jordan was drawn to IVP because of the company’s core principles and culture. Jordan seeks to serve his clients by helping them achieve their business or personal goals through real estate.

Kyle W. Crew

Kyle Crew joined Ironvest Partners in 2021 as a Sales Associate. Kyle knew he wanted to be in real estate from an early age. He asked for building blueprints one Christmas when he was seven years old and his love for real estate continues today.

Jaren Aksut

Jaren Aksut joined the Ironvest Partners team as a Strategic Partner in 2019. His real estate experience includes many years managing his family’s investments both domestically and abroad. With an eye for solid, long term holds, Jaren’s primary real estate focus is in commercial investment with value add and development opportunities.

Brianna Bryant

Brianna Bryant joined Ironvest Partners in 2022 as Director of Marketing. She manages all communications and marketing activity for Ironvest Partners, including but not limited to: digital marketing, content & communications strategy, and print & digital media. Brianna brings expertise in branding, print media design, marketing, and photography.

Shepard Ager

Shepard Ager first joined IronVest Partners in 2018 as an associate salesperson specializing in the representation of buyer and seller clients, seeking end-use, development, and investment opportunities. He has since then expanded his role as Vice President of Sales as an expert in site sourcing on behalf of national residential and retail developers across the country.

Robert Crook, CCIM

As Founder of Ironvest Partners, Robert has built IVP on three key principles: teamwork, the golden rule, and long-term partnerships. He truly has a passion for real estate and to coin a phrase, “He tap dances to work every day.” You can call Robert a “real estate nerd” and he will take that as a compliment.
